About our speaker: Karen Calcagno, is a relationship communication coach with over 35 years of experience in business ownership development and operation. She is the founder of Advantage Family Business Center where she provides coaching, training, mediation and facilitation for family enterprise and the business of families. Karen’s specialty is in helping people build communication bridges in challenging situations where the stakes are high. She focuses on family transitions,-- care for aging parents, --and estate settlement after they are gone. These are areas that can make or break a family for the future.
